Weekly calls by a client coordinator to the client and/or family will be made on Monday & Friday. These calls help us be proactive on issues that arise and provides opportunities to discuss the client's care.


* Monthly Visits


Client visits will be made monthly by a client coordinator.


These visits provide us with more opportunity to assure quality care is being given to our clients.

When a caregiver is sent to a home for the first time, they will always be accompanied by one of our coordinators, to personally introduce them to the client and/or family. The caregiver will be oriented to the home and care plan, so they will know exactly what is needed and expected.


* In Home Record Keeping


We provide comprehensive documentation of all services and care rendered. This log is kept in the client's home.
